Estimate - An approximate calculation of the costs that may occur during a project. Final price may be above or below the estimate.
Bid - A proposed price to complete a project. The final price is the proposed price in the bid plus any changes or additions that were not included in the original scope of work.
Estimates are free, Bids are not - We will provide you with a free estimate for your project. After deciding that Jackson's Restoration & Repair is right for you, a fee will be charged for a complete bid. This fee will be considered a deposit and applied to the final invoice of the project.
We realize you have many choices for contractors and we recommend talking with them but, we promise to offer you unsurpassed service and quality workmanship. In order to do this we do not participate in bidding “wars”. Others may offer you a lower price but, will they be around to stand behind their work.
